If you have issues with login or using OARRS, please follow these steps:
1. Close your Edge browser completely and open a new browser window.
2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear Browsing Data.
3. Select Choose What to Clear and then click Clear Now.
Please note that your user ID will be locked after three unsuccessful login attempts.
If this happens, contact OARRSTechSupport@ceo.lacounty.gov to unlock your account.
