OARRS has two environments:
Operations: Operations is the environment used for ACTUAL events.
Training: The training environment is used for testing, exercising,
and becoming familiar with OARRS.
 
     
     You are accessing a government information system. This system is provided for the use of authorized emergency management  
     representatives from all local governmental agencies, school districts, and utility companies serving within the Los Angeles  
     County Operational Area. Use of the system may be monitored. Unauthorized use of this system including unauthorized viewing or  
     sharing of any data is prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
